The architectural concept is based on the perfect balance between sculptural minimalism, structural lightness and integration with the landscape.

The architecture manifests as a large habitable sculpture. Instead of rigid, purely orthogonal forms, the project introduces sinuous lines and gently rounded corners in the horizontal planes. These curves soften the impact of the construction and guide the eye continuously, lending dynamism and elegance to the façade.

The centrepiece of the design is the imposing curved cantilever of the upper floor. By projecting dramatically to the right side with no visible columns, the building creates a strong sense of lightness and floating. This architectural solution not only generates a monumental visual impact but also defines areas of transition and natural shading on the ground floor.

There is an intentional contrast between opaque volumes and openings. On the upper floor, large glass planes are shielded by a rhythmic sequence of metallic brise-soleil. This element acts as a poetic filter: it controls direct sunlight, ensures the privacy of the intimate spaces and, at the same time, creates a subtle play of light and shadow that shifts throughout the day.

The composition is organised into well-defined, overlapping horizontal planes. Starting from the pavement, moving through the imposing floating entrance staircase and culminating in the roof slabs, the project celebrates horizontality. This layering makes the house seem to emerge organically from the ground, establishing a harmonious and respectful relationship with the horizon line and the topography beyond.

The concept adopts a "less is more" approach to materials, using predominantly a monochromatic palette in which the texture of concrete or textured white render stands out. This neutrality serves as a canvas for the integrated lighting, strategically recessed beneath the steps and along the edges of the curved slabs. At night, the light marks the paths and architectural lines, turning the residence into a sophisticated urban lantern.

The main entrance is preceded by an ornamental garden of pampas grass, lavender and light-textured vegetation. This contemporary landscaping works as a natural buffer between the public road and the private space, integrating architecture and nature in a subtle, sensory way.
