This contemporary, minimalist residence stands out for its use of pure geometric forms and a daring structure. The project is composed of stacked rectangular volumes that defy gravity through an impressive structural cantilever on the upper floor. This upper block projects to the right, creating a sense of lightness and dynamism while naturally shading part of the ground floor.
On the upper level, the façade is protected by perforated panels (modern cobogós or brise-soleil) integrated into a veranda with a glass railing, ensuring privacy and light control without obstructing natural ventilation.
The ground floor is defined by maximum transparency, with large glass planes that remove the barriers between inside and outside. Through the glazed façade, one glimpses an imposing illuminated spiral staircase that becomes a central sculptural element of the interior. Inside, integrated and generous spaces are bathed in a warm light that contrasts with the cool, serene tone of dusk.
The material palette is sober, dominated by concrete or smooth white render, underscoring the minimalism of the construction. The house sits on a broad lawned plot with selective landscaping and is framed by dense trees at the rear, reinforcing the seclusion and exclusivity of the residence. A paved outdoor area connects the house to the garden, completing a high-end design focused on integration with nature and geometric sophistication.
