This residence stands out for its precise, sophisticated volumetric composition, where large horizontal planes in light tones contrast with the warm texture of wood and the elegant rusticity of natural stone. The result is a contemporary architecture of strong identity, marked by the balance between monumentality and warmth.

The upper volumes cantilever over the ground floor, creating a sense of lightness and grandeur at the same time. The vertical timber fins act as an architectural filter, controlling the solar incidence, ensuring privacy and lending rhythm to the façade. The alternation between solids and voids produces an interplay of light and shadow that transforms the perception of the house throughout the day.

On the lower floor, wide glass planes promote transparency and visual integration with the outdoor spaces. The leisure area emerges as a natural extension of the architecture, with the pool inserted organically into the whole and wrapped by an elegant curved stone-clad wall, an element that adds texture, solidity and connection with the landscape.

The siting favours the relationship with the green surroundings, allowing nature to take an active part in the spatial experience. Carefully distributed gardens soften the rigorous lines of the construction and reinforce the sense of a contemporary refuge.
