The architectural concept of this building stands out for the harmonious fusion of organic design, biophilic architecture and structural monumentality. The project breaks with the orthogonal rigidity typical of multi-storey buildings, proposing a fluid, futuristic and living aesthetic.

The façade is defined by sinuous horizontal bands that alternate and overlap like waves. This parametric design creates a strong sense of movement and rhythm, turning the building into a dynamic sculpture that seems to change shape depending on the angle of observation. The curved lines soften the building's visual impact on the landscape.

One of the most striking features of the concept is the incorporation of continuous linear planters along the edges of each floor. These "hanging gardens" bring nature to the forefront of the façade, humanising the scale of the building. Beyond their aesthetic appeal — creating a vibrant contrast between the green of the vegetation and the purity of the white cladding — this solution improves thermal comfort and the quality of life of the occupants.

The top of the building is crowned by an expansive, dramatic roof that cantilevers far beyond the limits of the lower floors, recalling the shape of a funnel or open wings. This great canopy has circular openings (oculi) strategically positioned to let natural light through. Visually, it lends grandeur and acts as a protective, sheltering element.

The volumetry explores a clear horizontal stratification. The project uses a strong contrast of depth: the white, robust, opaque bands advance while the dark glass enclosures recede. This play of light and shadow, combined with the warm lighting recessed beneath each slab, creates the illusion that the floors are floating one above the other.

The base of the building connects to street level in a continuous, inviting way. The extensive use of glass on the ground floor provides transparency and lightness, making the large structure appear to rest gently on the ground. The landscaping reinforces this connection, using fluid walkways, trees perfectly integrated into the floor design and illuminated reflecting pools that mirror the building's silhouette, creating an elegant transition between the urban environment and the private space.
