This residence presents a contemporary architecture of pure lines and striking volumes, grounded in the balance between visual lightness, material sophistication and functionality. The great highlight is the cantilevered upper volume, which creates an image at once imposing and elegant while reinforcing the sense of shelter over the entrance and garage area.
The façade composition explores the contrast between well-defined white planes, glazed surfaces and vertical timber elements that help control the incoming light, ensure privacy and visually warm the whole. These vertical brise-soleil also lend rhythm to the façade, breaking the geometric rigidity with an aesthetic and functional solution.
Another important aspect is the integration of architecture and landscaping. The tropical vegetation softens the grandeur of the volumes and brings the house closer to a warm, natural atmosphere. The stone flooring in the outdoor area reinforces the residence's sophisticated approach and dialogues with the neutral materiality of the façade.
On the upper floor, the wide, sheltered veranda widens the relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces, favouring ventilation, natural light and environmental comfort. The generous use of glass allows transparency and connection with the surroundings, while the setbacks and shading created by the volumes improve the building's thermal performance.
Overall, this is a project that translates modernity, elegance and construction rationality, combining minimalist aesthetics, comfort and intelligent climate solutions. It is an architecture that stands out not only for its sculptural appearance but also for the way it organises light, shadow, privacy and integration with the environment.
