Prime Commercial Building

The architectural concept of this corporate building is based on monumental minimalism, on brutalism softened by curves and on the structural lightness of transition.

The building rises as a great monolithic sculpture in the urban landscape. Using a strictly sober, whitish palette, the design entrusts its expressive force exclusively to the geometry of its forms. The absence of ornament or mixed materials creates an imposing, clean and timeless corporate identity.

The project's main conceptual gesture lies in the transition between the base and the body of the tower. The large, massive office block seems to float over a recessed, permeable ground floor. This transition rests on a slender structure with rhythmic vertical enclosures, conveying urban lightness and letting the pedestrian see through the base of the plot.

A monumental arched canopy or portico extends from the pavement towards the building's entrance. This organic line softens the orthogonal rigidity of the vertical tower and acts as a welcoming element of urban transition. Besides guiding visitors inside, this curved wing visually anchors the building to the ground and serves as a backdrop for the complex's visual identity.

The front façade is characterised by a precise, repetitive sequence of horizontal planes. These deep louvres or brise-soleil not only create a striking rhythmic texture but also serve to control direct sunlight on the office areas. On the side façade, the dynamism recurs through openings arranged in an arched pattern, creating a formal dialogue with the large curve of the ground floor.

The base of the building integrates with the street without tall, opaque walls, opting instead for contemporary landscaping with light-textured shrubs and selective lawns. This urban design creates a subtle, elegant distance between the road traffic and the corporate sobriety of the tower, reinforcing the monumental and fluid scale of the complex.
