Paola & Frank Residence

This residence translates the essence of contemporary architecture through an elegant, discreet composition deeply connected to the landscape. With pure lines and balanced proportions, the project values the simplicity of the forms and shows that true luxury lies in the quality of the spaces and the attention to detail.

The volumes are defined by a large roof plane that projects beyond the limits of the building, creating wide eaves that lend lightness to the whole and provide solar protection to the interiors. The horizontal design reinforces the grandeur of the residence while establishing a harmonious relationship with the scale of the site and the surrounding vegetation.

The façade was conceived to balance privacy and transparency. While the ground floor presents a more solid materiality, marked by the texture of natural stone and more reserved enclosures, the upper floor opens through wide frames and generous verandas. The transparent railing preserves the visual lightness and widens the connection with the outside.

One of the project's great highlights is the presence of vegetation integrated into the architecture itself. Linear planters run the full length of the upper veranda, allowing greenery to become part of the architectural composition. The hanging species soften the rigid lines of the built volumes and reinforce the sense of well-being, bringing freshness and life to the façade.

The main entrance was designed as a welcoming experience. The delicacy of the perforated panels, the reflecting pools and the carefully laid pathways lead the visitor gradually, revealing the architecture little by little. The garage, integrated into the whole, keeps the necessary functionality without compromising the elegance of the composition.

The tropical landscaping complements the project with sensibility, valuing species of different textures and heights to create dynamic settings along the route. Lush gardens frame the residence and establish a gentle transition between the built space and nature.

The result is a contemporary home that combines refinement, comfort and serenity. A timeless architecture, conceived to offer a more human way of living connected to the environment, where every element — from the materiality to the landscaping — contributes to an atmosphere of warmth, exclusivity and balance.
