Monteiro Residence

This project translates contemporary architecture in its most sophisticated form, combining visual lightness, elegance and integration with the landscape. The pure volumes and fluid lines create a striking sculptural composition, where every element was carefully considered to balance aesthetics and functionality.

The highlight of the façade is the cantilevered upper volume, with soft curves that lend movement and personality to the building. The combination of predominant white and timber finishes creates a welcoming contrast, reinforcing the sense of sophistication and comfort. The vertical brise-soleil ensure privacy and solar control while enriching the architectural language of the whole.

The presence of water, elegantly integrated into the main entrance, adds a sensory element to the project, fostering serenity and enhancing the arrival experience. The tropical landscaping complements the architecture, establishing a harmonious connection between the built spaces and nature.
