Maia Residence

This residential project was conceived to translate elegance, comfort and exclusivity into a contemporary architecture of pure, striking lines. The volumetric composition stands out for the large portico that frames the main façade, creating an imposing, timeless identity.

The residence values the integration of architecture and landscaping, using abundant vegetation to soften the built elements and provide a harmonious connection with the surroundings. The neutral-toned finishes, paired with timber panels, lend warmth and sophistication, while the large glass planes favour natural light and ventilation of the interior spaces.

The main entrance is marked by a monumental staircase that leads to the social entrance, creating an elegant architectural experience from the moment of arrival. The garage, discreetly and functionally integrated into the whole, reinforces the sense of practicality without compromising the aesthetics of the façade.

The upper floor was designed to offer privacy and privileged views, with generous living areas and outdoor spaces that heighten the sense of well-being. Every detail was carefully considered to suit a contemporary lifestyle, where design, functionality and comfort coexist in perfect harmony.
