Lemes Residence

With a strategic placement on a steeply sloping site, this residence was conceived to turn the topography into the protagonist of the project. The architecture appears at once imposing and discreet, respecting the natural surroundings and making the most of the privileged views of the preserved forest that wraps the lot.

The contemporary composition is marked by the purity of the horizontal lines, the large cantilevers and the lightness of planes that seem to float over the landscape. The contrast between sober tones, timber panels and extensive glass enclosures creates a sophisticated, timeless aesthetic where elegance and functionality go hand in hand.

The social spaces were designed to offer a continuous experience between inside and outside. The wide frames open fully to the veranda and leisure area, integrating living room, gourmet space and infinity pool into a single setting for togetherness. Each space was conceived to contemplate nature, letting natural light and vegetation become part of the residents' daily life.

On the upper floor, brise-soleil and solar-protection elements ensure privacy, thermal comfort and control of light, reinforcing the project's commitment to environmental performance and well-being. The carefully crafted landscaping complements the architecture, softening the built edges and strengthening the sense of refuge.
