L & J Residence

Set within an extensive green area, this residence was conceived to establish a deep connection between architecture and nature. The contemporary volumes, marked by precise lines and pure forms, create an elegant, discreet presence that lets the landscape take the lead in every room.

The project stands out for its composition of large horizontal planes and expressive cantilevers that lend visual lightness to the building. The upper floor, seemingly suspended over the living areas, creates broad shaded and sheltered spaces, favouring thermal comfort and integration with the outdoors.

The façades are characterised by extensive glazed surfaces, promoting transparency and a continuous relationship between inside and outside. The social area opens fully to the leisure space, where the linear pool becomes the central gathering element, surrounded by ample terraces and areas for contemplation.

The architecture explores the simplicity of the materials and the sophistication of the construction details, resulting in a timeless, refined aesthetic. The curved architectural elements in the outdoor spaces soften the orthogonal composition of the main volumes, creating a visual dynamic that enriches the experience of those who use them.

The landscaping was carefully preserved and enhanced, weaving the existing vegetation into the project's concept. In this way, the residence settles harmoniously into the site, offering privacy, comfort and a unique experience of contact with nature.

More than a house, the project represents a contemporary refuge where architecture, leisure and landscape come together to create sophisticated, welcoming spaces deeply connected to the natural surroundings.
