Hypolito Residence

Set amid exuberant nature, this residence was conceived to celebrate the experience of living in connection with the landscape. The horizontal architecture gently follows the topography of the site, creating an elegant, welcoming composition in which every room opens to take in the green surroundings and the breadth of the horizon.

The arrangement of the volumes values togetherness and privacy in equal measure. The social spaces are organised around the central courtyard and the leisure area, establishing a fluid relationship between inside and outside. Large glass planes allow abundant natural light, promoting cross ventilation and framing permanent views of the vegetation.

The infinity pool emerges as the protagonist of the outdoor space, reflecting the serenity of the landscape and heightening the sense of continuity between architecture and nature. Decks, gardens and lounging areas were carefully designed to offer moments of contemplation, rest and gathering.

The materiality reinforces the project's timeless character. The combination of neutral tones, wood and natural elements lends sophistication and warmth, while the generous eaves and strategic siting ensure thermal comfort and solar protection.
