Cunha Residence

This project was conceived to turn architecture into a singular visual experience, where pure volumes and large cantilevers create a striking, sophisticated composition. Set amid the natural landscape, the residence explores structural lightness and the integration of indoor and outdoor spaces, making the most of the views and the connection with its surroundings.

The great protagonist of the project is the impressive 23-metre cantilevered pool. Designed to appear suspended over the terrain, it becomes a standout architectural and structural element, creating a surprising visual effect that defies gravity. Its elegant lines project beyond the building, offering a unique sense of floating and exclusivity.

The generous social spaces open fully to the leisure area, allowing a fluid integration between architecture, water and nature. Large glass planes enhance the natural light and offer privileged views of the landscape, while the timber elements bring warmth and sophistication to the whole.

More than a residence, this project is an expression of innovation, engineering and contemporary design, where the 23-metre cantilevered pool becomes the symbol of a bold, exclusive and memorable architecture.
