Coelho Residence

This project was conceived in the pursuit of balance between contemporary architecture, comfort and integration with the landscape. The volumetric composition stands out for its strong horizontal lines and the roof's large cantilevers, which lend visual lightness and shelter the interior spaces.

The main façade presents an elegant interplay of solids and voids, where perforated elements create a natural filter of light and ventilation, providing privacy without compromising the connection to the outside. The materiality was carefully selected to convey sophistication and timelessness, combining neutral tones, natural textures and details that highlight the purity of the architectural forms.

The main entrance is enhanced by a sequence of planes, gardens and green reflecting pools that lead the visitor warmly to the home's entrance. The landscaping was integrated into the architectural concept, creating a harmonious transition between the built environment and nature and reinforcing the sense of well-being and exclusivity.

Beyond its refined aesthetic, the project prioritises bioclimatic solutions, with efficient solar shading, abundant natural light and cross ventilation, contributing to thermal comfort and the building's sustainability.

The result is an elegant, contemporary residence in which every detail was designed to deliver a way of living that unites sophistication, functionality and connection with the natural surroundings.
