The main façade explores the contrast between materials and textures, combining light surfaces, dark-toned metallic elements, exposed concrete and perforated panels that add depth and personality to the whole. The result is a sophisticated aesthetic that also favours natural ventilation and solar control.

The main entrance is enhanced by a generous ceiling height and an oversized door that reinforces the grandeur of the arrival and creates a memorable welcome. Architectural lighting integrated into the volumes highlights the home's lines at night, revealing its construction details and creating a warm, refined atmosphere.
